What's actually included?
Everything: proactive monitoring, maintenance, security software on every device, helpdesk support, vendor management (we deal with your internet provider, software companies, etc.), and regular strategic reviews. We can also include Microsoft 365 management, cloud hosting, and backup.
How does the switch to you work?
We start with a thorough audit of your current IT setup. Then we document everything, set up monitoring, configure security, and introduce ourselves to your team. The whole transition is phased to avoid disruption, and the timeline depends on the size and complexity of your setup.
Do we need a minimum number of staff?
We work with businesses from around 10 to 200+ employees. Managed IT works best when there's enough going on that you need proactive oversight, not just the occasional fix. If you're a smaller team, our IT Support service might be a better fit.
