What's the difference between IT outsourcing and managed IT?
Managed IT is our all-inclusive service where we become your complete IT department. IT outsourcing is more flexible: you choose which functions to hand over (helpdesk, security, monitoring, Microsoft 365) and keep the rest in-house. Many businesses start by outsourcing one or two things and expand over time.
Is outsourcing cheaper than hiring an IT person?
For most businesses, yes. Hiring in-house means salaries, training, tools, pension, and holiday cover, and when that person is away or doesn't have the right expertise, you're stuck. Outsourcing gives you a whole team of specialists without the overhead of full-time hires.
Will we lose control of our IT?
